Warranty Information

We are so confident in the Cycraguard product that we have given it a lifetime warranty. This means in the extremely rare case of you having a problem due to a defect in the product, you get a new one free. In the unlikely event of you discovering a problem, please return it to the local Cycraguard Dealer where you purchased it, together with proof of purchase, and they will arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately the warranty doesn't extend to misuse or crash damage.

Q. Which Cam shall I use?

A. Which cam you use is down to personal preference. Cam A mounts the guard at a higher angle and is better for off-road or extreme use. Cam B contours the rear wheel better and is better for larger wheels and on-road use.

Q. Can I use crossed cable routing on the downtube of my bike with a Cycraguard

A. Yes, this is not a problem. Just make sure the spacers are mounted to allow the cables room to move underneath.

Q. Are there any plans for any other colours?

A. There will be some ltd edition colours in the future. First news will appear here on the website so keep checking back.

Q. Do you sponsor riders?

A. At the moment we are not looking for any sponsored riders, but keep checking back.

Q. What size seat post does the rear Cycraguard fit?

A. Using the 3 shims available, the rear Cycraguard fits seat posts from 26.8 -31.8 inclusive.

Q. I have lost/broken/had stolen part X from my Cycraguard. Can I get a replacement?

A. All the parts are replaceable. Please see the spares page here.
